I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but I'll give it a shot.  I am trying to plan a large scale Civil War event for my place of employment in Indiana and I am having a really hard time finding food vendors that serve food from the era.  Can anyone give me tips on how to find sellers?  I would also be interested in any other education groups or businesses that would like to sell at the event but food is where I am having the most trouble.

If you will give your contact information, that would be good.  
 
I don't allow advertising in this forum, so you need to give vendors a way to contact you without having to post a reply here - which would essentially amount to an advertisement.
