This is the place to ask questions, like "Can anyone recommend a reenacting group near Paris, TX?"  or "Do I have to be a descendant of a Civil War soldier in order to reenact?"  or  "Can my 10 year old son be a reenactor?"     Etc., etc.  These are the kinds of questions I get asked all the time and I created this Civil War Reenacting Forum because I don't have time to answer them all (this site is my hobby, not my living). 
So, if you have such a question, please ask it here.  It's easy to register.  Just make sure you enter your email address correctly so that you receive the confirmation email.  You will click a link in it to activate your forum membership.  Then, post away!  But do read the rules before posting, please.
